How do I pay for my order?
We offer three simple offline methods: Bank Transfer (ACH/wire), Money Order / Cashier’s Check, and Zelle / Cash App / E-Check. After checkout, email your order number to [email protected] and we send payment details within one business hour.
Why don’t you accept credit cards online?
Kratom is classed as high-risk by mainstream card processors, so we use reliable offline payment methods instead. This keeps your order safe from processor freezes and keeps prices low. See our store policy.
How fast is my order dispatched?
Once we confirm your payment, we dispatch the same business day from our Atlanta, Georgia warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number by email immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Yes – email us your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped we can modify or cancel it free of charge. Read more in our store policy.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account is optional and simply makes tracking past orders easier.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $25.00 to the USA and Canada. Orders over $500 ship completely free – the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
2-7 business days within the USA and 5-12 business days to Canada, after same-day dispatch. Every order includes tracking.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship across Canada. Buyers are responsible for confirming kratom is legal in their province. See our shipping policy.
Is shipping really free over $500?
Yes. Once your cart subtotal passes $500, free shipping is applied automatically – no code needed.
Is my package discreet?
Completely. Orders ship in plain, unbranded, tamper-evident packaging with no kratom markings on the outside.
Which states do you NOT ship to?
Kratom is banned in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin, with local restrictions elsewhere. We list these in our shipping policy and it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm local legality.
Do you ship internationally outside the USA and Canada?

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

Which MIT45 product is strongest?
The Super K Extra Strong and MITGo Gel Black are our most intense, made for experienced users. New users should start with Gold.
How much mitragynine is in each product?
Every product page lists its exact mitragynine content – for example the Gold Shot contains 83mg per bottle and the MITGo Gel Black delivers 150mg per gel.

How do I take a liquid kratom shot?

What does “7-hydroxymitragynine below 2%” mean?
