30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because kratom is a consumable, opened products cannot be returned for safety reasons — but if you’re unhappy with an opened product, email us; we’d rather make it right than keep a frustrated customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll reship the correct item or refund you — your choice — and you won’t pay return shipping.
How to Request a Refund

- We reply within one business hour with instructions.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Non-Refundable Situations
Opened consumables, products returned after 30 days, and orders shipped to jurisdictions where kratom is prohibited (see shipping policy) are not eligible for refund. Full terms in our terms of service.
